If you suffer from insomnia or have a difficult time sleeping, this class will help you. Shelley will lead you through a sequence of restorative poses in order to get you into a deeper state of relaxation.
Find a nice space on the wall to work with as well as a bolster and two yoga blocks for support. If you don't have yoga props, use a pillow or a folded blanket as your bolster and thick books or sturdy containers as your blocks.
