This class is all about cycling into gratitude. Feel your heartbeat, lungs expand, & your body move!
Hana's indoor cycling classes are always full of challenges, you can take them or listen to your body and do what's best for you. She includes several drills that will have you working on different aspects of your cardiovascular fitness - strength, speed, and stamina.
If you're an avid cyclist or just want to try a class on your indoor bike, this is a great option. Hana's class always simulates a real outdoor ride, whether you're training for your next race or just want a challenge.
The best part about YRide is that YOU choose the difficulty level by adding or removing tension from your bike making this great for all levels. This is a full-length YRide class, so make sure you have water and listen to your body.
You will need an indoor bike for this class. If you don't have one and want some cardio we've got some great options in our YSculpt collection.
