Join Jayme for 60 minutes of Vinyasa Flow Yoga! This class will include many postures specifically to strengthen and lengthen the spine. You can expect to move dynamically with the breath, and feel a balance of heat and stretch. Jayme offer's helpful cues and has a strong focus on anatomical alignment.
Props: Anything you may need to help the poses feel accessible to you. This could be yoga blocks (or books), and a yoga strap (or robe tie), etc.
