This class will challenge your limits by pushing you to new heights. Resiliency and strength come in many forms but Samaneh invites you to turn up the heat or scale back wherever needed. Remember, every day is a new day so honour what your body is telling you.
This class uses a yoga mat and yoga blocks. If you don't have blocks at home, you can use a stiff pillow, a stack of books or anything similar you have around your home that is stable and supports you in the same way.
