Join Mikaela for a 45 minute Yin/Vinyasa Class! This is a combination class of Yin yoga and Vinyasa. We start off with Yin. There's no warm-up for the shapes as we gently move, melt and unfold into these postures. Then we will transition into the more dynamic, flowing movement of Vinyasa which will focus on areas of the body we have opened up in Yin. This is a beautifully balanced class for those looking for some deep, inward relaxation as well as flowy mindful movement.
Props: A Bolster (or blanket/2 pillows as at-home alternatives) and a Yoga Strap (or a robe tie or scarf)
