Get ready to get sweaty! Welcome to Naomi's full-body circuit workout! Naomi will be using weights in today's class: one lighter set and a heavier set.
We will move through four circuits in this workout and within each circuit, we have three moves. Two moves will be strength-building and one will be high intensity, cardio move.
