Enjoy a fresh, morning Hatha class with Jayme. This is a 30-minute practice to get you fired up for your day! This is a wonderful way to wake up the body, stretch your limbs, and build a little fire.
This slower practice emphasizes a balance of postural alignment and breathing techniques to stretch and strengthen your body.
Props: No props required, but feel free to use two blocks if you need some extra space (at-home alternatives could be books or pillows).
