Join Hana for a 35 minute Cardio Blast and Ab Challenge workout!! There is no equipment required for this workout. This workout will contain two blocks of exercises: 5 exercises per block. The work/rest ratio will be 45 seconds of movement and 15 seconds of recovery. Hana will also take us through an abdominal workout at the end.
