Flow Yoga: For Balance and Focus (45 min) — with Sasha Smith

42m
This practice invites you into your "Yoga Shala" meaning your safe space, your home. Come back to the balance between the breath and movement in this powerful 45-minute flow. This class is a great progression into something a little more difficult if you've been trying out our beginner collections.
Sasha guides you into alignment with each expression and posture - her clear and lighthearted style will inspire you to step into each pose in the class even if it's new. Starting in Child's Pose you're invited to flow through a number of progression of poses that will enhance your balance. Focus your Drishti on a still point while you test yourself with Gate Pose, twists and Tree Pose. You can expect a healthy balance of strength building and deep stretching.
This class uses yoga blocks and a chip foam block. If you don't have any yoga blocks, you can use a stack of books, a firm pillow, or something in a similar nature. Instead of a chip foam block feel free to use a firm pillow or a folded up towel.
