    A Pilates class designed for beginners, this class goes into detail about proper alignment and the modality of Pilates. You can expect guided instruction and slower movements than in some other Pilates classes.

    Start your day with some gentle, mindful movement. This morning yoga class has been created by Kyra to be perfect for beginners. No props are required for this practice just yourself and your mat.

  • Upper Body Burn (25 min) - with Naomi Joy Gallagher

    Join Naomi for an upper body focused workout. This is a circuit-style workout that uses lighter and heavier options for weights. Naomi is using 5lb and 8 lb. Each circuit has 3 exercises in it: 2 with weights and 1 that is body weight.
