    Join Connor for a 30-minute yoga practice. This is a class all about releasing tension in the neck and shoulder, while still incorporating flowing movement. You will need two yoga blocks for this practice.

  • Pilates Booty Burn (20 min) - with Kyra Morrison

    Let's burn those glutes! Join Kyra for a quick, targeted Pilates class. This class will include lots of repetition and pulsing to create heat & fire in the legs. This class requires no props, but you can add on additions like round bands or ankle weights for an extra challenge.

  • Yoga for Better Sleep (30 min) - with Lisa Sanson

    This is a 30-minute practice to do before bed to help you sleep. Lisa suggests using a bolster, pillows, or couch cushions for this practice. This will help support your body as you allow gravity to open your body up.

  • Abs & Booty Workout (30 min) - with Naomi Joy Gallagher

    Join Naomi for a short, targeted workout. This is a Pilates-style class that focuses on the core muscles and the glutes. There are no props or weights required, but Naomi is using a yoga block to add some extra tension to some movements. You can use a pillow if you don't have a yoga block.

    Join Stephen for a 30-minute Hatha Yoga practice. This practice is all about transformation: transforming how you see yourself and transforming how you see others.     A Pilates class designed for beginners, this class goes into detail about proper alignment and the modality of Pilates. You can expect guided instruction and slower movements than in some other Pilates classes.
