This quick workout with Naomi will have you pushing through strength and cardio combination moves. These exercises will help to maximize your routine in a short amount of time.
This circuit has 9 exercises which will each last 30 seconds and you'll have 10 seconds of active rest in between. You'll complete this circuit three times and then move into a cool down. If you need longer breaks, definitely take them! This class has low and high impact options, you can choose what feels right for your body.
