Hiro has two masters degrees in both Clinical and Positive Psychology, is a Registered Clinical Counsellor, a certified expert in the use of neurofeedback and biofeedback, and has credentials in REBT (cognitive behavioral training) and EMDR (an evidence based trauma healing technique). She’s also trained in Somatic Experiencing, is an accredited counsellor with the BC Crime Victim Assistance Program (CVAP), and a member of Breathe Network, a connector for survivors of sexual trauma and trauma-informed holistic therapists.
Hiro is trained in Mindfulness and is a Vancouver meditation teacher and creator of Canada’s only accredited 200-hour Meditation course, The Lab of Meditation (@the_lab_of_meditation).
