Congratulations on birthing a human! Before taking this class (or doing any form of physical exercise) please speak with your health care practitioner.
Only once your health care practitioner gives you the green light to practice Pilates, practice while baby sleeps with this 20 minute Post-Natal Pilates with Heather McEwen.
Heather will help you recover your strength, restore, and work on range of motion that may have been lost during pregnancy and birth.
Once again, please speak to your doctor and a pelvic floor specialist before proceeding with any exercise, including Pilates to ensure that this physical exercise works for your individual body and needs.
