Welcome to a 30 minute Hatha yoga practice with Aaliya. In this class, Aaliya talks about the idea that we hold a lot of new tension and stress in our shoulders and neck. The intention of this practice is to ease away some of the new stresses that we hold in our bodies so that we can address the challenges before us in a more grounded and aware state.
