Join Heather for a floor Barre practice. This Barre workout focused on the core & arms. It's a targeted workout that will strengthen, sculpt and tone your upper body.
Heather will be using a set of weighted balls, but you could use dumbbells if you have them, or cans of soup. This is class will have a high number of repetitions, so if you choose to use weights, keep them light.
