This is a quick, full-body strengthening class that will play with different variations of a plank pose, as well as other movements.
The plank exercise is great when it comes to training your core muscles. With full alignment, stability, and tension, it works your full body, emphasizing your lower back, abdominals, and inner obliques.
No props required for this class.
